Working from your specifications, and with our varied manufacturing capabilities we will develop the best process possible to produce your component part in the most cost effective fashion. In addition we have long established relationships with sub-contractors and can offer complete heat treating and plating capabilities with confidence.

All tooling programs in use at BMC are fully engineered by our Engineering Department. This would include designing machining processes, cutting tools, tool holders, special machine attachments and machinery replacement parts. BMC also regularly uses the expertise of its tooling and equipment suppliers to augment our own expertise and innovative capabilities.

BMC has developed an engineering capability within the company that provides us with the technology to put our innovation to work.
